Every engagement is governed by an Engagement Agreement, a Mutual NDA, and a Scope & Deliverables document that enumerates — by name — every deliverable, session, and boundary. You’ll know exactly what you’re buying before you sign, because it’s written down.
The engagement fee is due in full upon signing; the project is scheduled once payment is received. On-site travel is billed as a pass-through. For larger engagements, at Fulcrum’s discretion: 50% schedules the work, with the balance due before deliverables release. Any discount appears on your documents as a named Engagement Credit against the rack rate — pricing you can see, not pricing that moves.
